To stamp chocolate with a logo first pipe the tempered chocolate on a silicone baking mat with the help of a piping bag. If you don't know how to temper chocolate, I will leave a link below on this page for you so that you can learn how to prepare it.

After the piping of the choclate on the silicone mat, we will use the metallic stamp, to press the logo on the chocolate. Below on this page I will leave you a link where you can buy it. In order to harden the chocolate quickly, the stamp must be very cold. Therefore, put the stamp for a while in the freezer.

After the metallic stamp has gotten cold in the freezer, put it on a drop of chocolate and press. Wait a bit before removing it. The chocolate will not be completely crystallized yet, after removing the stamp. Give the chocolate some time to harden completely. After that time, you can use the stamped chocolate to give a special touch to your pastry creations.
